Desde la primera llamada al hotel, el personal siempre fue atento y amable, el cuarto muy limpio y amplio, los precios muy accesibles, las toallas bien limpias de algodón, la estructura del hotel muy encantador tal y como su nombre lo indica, una hacienda. Primera visita a este hotel que no será la última.

Excelente hotel para pasar 1 noche. Las camas son algo incómodas y el espacio de estacionamiento es algo reducido. El precio es sumamente accesible y está cerca del centro y restaurantes para poder desayunar.

Excelente servicio. En recepción muy buena atención, siempre pendientes y dispuestas a apoyar. Facturan sin problema. Buen estacionamiento. Tiene alberca y palapa, aunque La alberca tiene sus problemas, constantemente los están atendiendo. Cerca hay Oxxo, tacos, café, panadería, lavandería. A 10min se encuentran Aurrerá, Artely y comercios del centro.
